Imagine this: Two brothers, a dream of opening a restaurant, and a bank's 'Nope.' Then COVID hits, and the world pauses. But to us, a 'no' simply meant "Next Opportunity." We turned over every couch cushion, emptied every piggy bank, and gathered every last dollar to buy a food truck. Our start? On Gallatin Pike.
